Rubber Moulding encompasses Injection, Compression, and Transfer methods. Injection molding involves injecting molten rubber into a mold cavity, followed by cooling and ejection. Compression molding entails placing uncured rubber in a heated mold cavity, applying pressure to shape it, and allowing it to cure. Transfer molding combines preheated rubber with pressure to fill the mold cavity. On the other hand, Rubber Extrusion involves forcing uncured rubber through a shaped die to produce continuous lengths with consistent profiles. The process includes feeding rubber into an extruder, heating, and applying pressure to push it through the die.

Plastic Components

Plastic Injection Moulding is a versatile manufacturing process used to produce a wide array of plastic parts and components. The process begins with the melting of plastic pellets or granules in a hopper, which are then injected into a mould cavity under high pressure. The mould, usually made of steel, contains the desired shape of the part being produced. Once the molten plastic is injected into the mould, it rapidly cools and solidifies, taking the shape of the cavity. The cooling process is carefully controlled to ensure uniformity and minimize defects. After solidification, the mould opens, and the newly formed plastic part is ejected.
